This is what you will be doing 🔨

As a UX Researcher at GoodHabitz, you work in the research team to gather insights to define our users’ needs. You plan and execute user-centered studies with our user panel to contribute to the development of high-quality digital experiences. With a proven record of accomplishment and years of expertise, you lead research projects by example and, in collaboration with the user panel manager, product managers, and UX designers, you support product roadmaps.

  • Actively respond to stakeholders and their requests, find alignment with the user panel manager, and perform studies to achieve an outcome or gain an insight.
  • Apply various UX research methods, ranging from doing interviews to ethnographic research and co-creation workshops.
  • Never lose sight of our customers’ and users’ needs. You are responsible for the understanding, adoption, and translation of those needs into insights.
  • Being involved in creating recommendations for product improvements and innovative solutions.
  • You will see opportunities to improve design processes and lead the user panel towards new and better ways of working.

We fulfil a significant role within GoodHabitz as we create and validate great, human-centered products, based on the input of our customers, internal product specialists, psychometricians and customer relationship coaches.
