Application Management.

Combine service-mindedness with great communication and social skills, add a passion for IT, and you have our typical Application Management employee. These professionals are responsible for all work-related devices and our complete SaaS landscape. You can imagine they are a very important link in the on- and offboarding process of all employees, as they manage authorisations. Through their day-to-day contact with our international colleagues, our Application Management team operates at the heart of our organisation.

First Line Product Support.

There’s no such thing as stupid questions. That’s the spirit of our First Line Product Support team. These service-hearted, analytical professionals help both clients and colleagues with day-to-day issues they’re facing. From customers who forgot their password to questions about our online learning platform or the integration in their own Learning Management System, the stress-resistant support employees have got your back on everything GoodHabitz-related.

Second Line Product Support.

Today is a good day to unfold the mystery. At least, it is when you’re part of the Second Line Product Support team. These professionals search to find out everything there is to know, down to the last detail, to solve any problem or answer a question. They contact suppliers, check with applications and make sure that there are no questions left unanswered. The team focuses on the more detailed, in-depth questions that can’t be answered right away. It’s these people who are always up for an interesting new challenge!
