The Challenge:

Are you ready to lead the charge in our research efforts? As a Senior Researcher, your mission is to independently plan and execute qualitative research projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive our business forward. You'll also bring your quantitative research expertise to the table, contributing to our understanding of user behavior and preferences.

What You'll Do: 🎯

Research Leadership: Lead the way in qualitative and quantitative research, from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality results that inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and priorities, guiding the direction of our research efforts.

Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, influencing business decisions and driving positive outcomes.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine research processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, ensuring we deliver impactful insights in a timely manner.

Technology Utilization: Stay ahead of the curve on research tools and methodologies, leveraging technology to enhance our research capabilities and deliver actionable insights.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the research team and across the organization, driving innovation and excellence in research practices.

The perfect match:

  • At least 5 years of professional research experience.
  • Impressive skills in presenting and communicating research findings.
  • Deep understanding and proficiency in applying heuristics, quantitative, and qualitative research methods.
  • Fluent in English and another European language.
  • Extensive experience with SPSS, Stata, HotJar, UserTesting, Tableau, Figma, Miro.
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in social sciences or ethnography as a minimum requirement.
