Senior HR Business Partner at GoodHabitz

You will become part of our brand-new department and team HR Business Partnering, and the second HR BP starting in this role. The establishment of this department is part of our mission to position HR as a partner of the business, advising at a strategic and tactical level. Your focus will be primarily business oriented. Furthermore, the focus will also be on the effective set-up of the HR Business Partner department, and the collaboration with the other HR teams (Operations, Learning & Development, Recruitment). In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director

This is what you’ll be doing 🔨

As our new Senior HR Business Partner, you:

  • Are closely involved with the business and are always in touch with our directors and board members to advise them on tactical and strategic HR issues
  • Are a strategic thinker who is great at managing and creating policies
  • Advise the HR Director and - team on optimization initiatives, on the roadmap and other relevant topics.
  • Are the driving force behind several HR initiatives, related to rewarding, performance, engagement and other strategic topics
  • Have a crucial role in making the organization scalable and sustainable.
  • Are proactive in identifying issues and trends within the business
  • Understand how to analyze and leverage HR data and use this data to guide decisions
  • Initiate initiatives to improve the employee experience at Goodhabitz.

You are perfect for this job because...

  • You bear and take responsibility; you are used to work independently but also have a team spirit
  • You like to take the lead in projects, are good at stakeholder management and quickly understand how the formal and informal routes run in an organization
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in a tactical or strategic HR role (e.g. as an HR Business Partner), and at least 15 years of work experience within HR - preferably in a fast-growing, international corporate environment.
  • You are both strategic and pragmatic and have a helicopter view.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Dutch employment law
  • You have experience with agile working methods and can also embed this knowledge in the HR team.

And on top of that

  • You have a fluent command of both the Dutch and English language.
  • You have a completed HBO or WO education.


You will report directly to the HR Director, and you’ll work together closely with our HR manager and HR Advisor. However, at GoodHabitz, we believe in the power of teamwork, so regular meetings and collaborations with the entire HR team is also part of the deal – and of the fun!
