About the role
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will take the lead in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals for our commercial teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
But this role is about more than just filling positions. You will be a strategic partner, using insights from the talent market and your candidate interactions to advise leadership and influence hiring decisions. While you will have the independence to drive the hiring process, you will also collaborate closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure alignment and success.
What you will do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for commercial roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies that meet the needs of our growing commercial teams.
- Use every candidate interaction as a chance to gather insights about the market and share those learnings with the business to influence hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles in our commercial teams.
- Ensure every candidate has a smooth, transparent, and professional recruitment experience.
- Keep up with market trends, industry news, and best practices to help us stay competitive in attracting top talent.
- Track key recruitment metrics to evaluate what is working and where we can improve.
What you will bring to the team :
- 7-10 years in recruitment, with proven experience in hiring commercial roles like sales, business development, customer success or marketing
- You can connect the dots between what you hear from candidates and what our business needs, offering actionable advice to stakeholders.
- You have the ability to assess candidates’ motivations, personality traits, and cultural fit, helping to identify the best talent for the role and the organization.
- You bring the confidence and assertiveness needed to drive results, coupled with the persistence to push through challenges.
- The ability to bring structure and focus to your work while navigating organizational dynamics with sensitivity.
- While you are comfortable working independently, you are also a team player who thrives when collaborating with HRBPs, hiring managers, and leadership.
- A proactive mindset and the resilience to adapt and push through challenges in a scale-up environment.
- You know your way around ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Expertise in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments, and recruiting top commercial talent in scale-up environment is a plus.
- Experience with international hiring is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are always a plus.
