About the role
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order management and driving actionable insights that support revenue optimization. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, from Sales to Finance, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and a smooth customer journey. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, making you an indispensable part of our team.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Process and validate orders from Sales and Customer Success, ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer agreements while maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Analyze order and revenue data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to optimize business performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on key business KPIs, including sales performance, customer acquisition, and lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align processes, support growth initiatives, and drive revenue optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing by coordinating with Finance, resolving billing adjustments, and addressing customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes that enhance operational efficiency, increase order accuracy, and elevate the customer experience.

With a passion for customer success and revenue growth, you bring expertise in both the technical and strategic aspects of operations.
Furthermore, you have the following desirable qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and experience with large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of conveying insights to diverse audiences.
- A proactive mindset, focusing on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with billing systems and contract management.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and key metrics like MRR, ARR, and LTV.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
