Your role as a Revenue Operations Manager
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. This newly formed role will require you to build and lead a team while optimizing our existing tech stack, which includes Salesforce, Planhat, Pardot and Tableau. You will collaborate closely with the directors of marketing, sales, customer success, IT and Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and build the revenue operations capability and team within GoodHabitz.
What you'll own:
Performance Management:
You will define and manage sales and customer success commission plans, targets, team OKRs, and KPIs. By aligning these incentives and goals, you will motivate and empower our teams to achieve results. Additionally, you will build and maintain robust reporting systems to monitor and analyze key performance indicators. These insights will guide our decision-making processes and enable us to optimize revenue-related metrics effectively.
Process Improvement and Enablement:
Review and optimize processes across marketing, sales, and customer success, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. By establishing periodic review cycles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will encourage our revenue organization to strive for excellence. You will also facilitate training programs and provide the necessary tools and frameworks to equip our revenue teams for success.
Market Monitoring, Testing, and Optimization:
Keeping a pulse on the market and staying ahead of our competitors is essential for sustained growth. You will conduct regular reviews of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), monitor competitors, and track market developments. Identify opportunities and potential threats to make informed strategic decisions. Assist in defining and managing growth experiments, providing the necessary templates, tools, and experiment design/setup to drive revenue growth.
Managing Data and the Tech Stack:
Data is the backbone of effective decision-making. You will take ownership of our market and customer data, ensuring its integrity, transparency, and structure. By leveraging this data, you will enable better decision-making and drive improved results. Ensure our technology infrastructure fully supports our revenue team's processes. Streamlining and prioritizing incoming requests related to revenue operations will be essential to ensure seamless operations.
Who we're looking for:
An experienced revenue and sales operations professional. With 5+ years of experience in subscription or SaaS companies. Demonstrable success in developing and executing revenue strategies that resulted in achieving growth objectives and implementing processes that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable results.
- Your analytical skills are second to none, allowing you to make data-driven decisions. Leveraging insights to drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
- With your advanced understanding of sales and marketing productivity and performance metrics, you enable strategic decision-making. Your organizational and project management skills ensure you can handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- As the type of person who values efficiency and measurable outcomes, you strike a balance between speed and quality. Automation is your preference over repetitive tasks, and you critically evaluate industry standards and trends to determine their applicability to our organization.
- Your active listening, ability to ask clarifying questions, and eagerness to seek input from others make you a valuable collaborator. In meetings, you suggest ways to test or measure conflicting opinions, driving data-driven decision-making.
