Recruitment Marketeer (32 - 40 hours)

As Recruitment Marketer, you’re responsible for safeguarding and executing the national and international GoodHabitz employer branding strategy. You have what it takes to increase the visibility of our job postings with the right target audience. In other words: you’re always looking for opportunities to better reach and attract potential candidates. As Recruitment Marketer, you’ll join our brand-new, passionate and motivated Recruitment team. In 2022, GoodHabitz expects to fill approximately 100 vacancies, which means we really need your expertise!

You’ll blow us away with your ideas, knowledge and experience. As Recruitment Marketer, it’s up to you to put GoodHabitz on the radar of the talented people we’re looking for.

Some of your key tasks 

  • Using the Employer Branding strategy as a guiding principle, you’ll analyse existing communications such as: vacancies, recruitment campaigns and, of course, our brand-new careers page. Based on these analyses, you initiate the next steps and you consult on possibilities for improvement.
  • Data is the key to success: you’ll make sure all our vacancies – national or international – are SEO-friendly.
  • You’ll immerse yourself in the different target audiences, put out powerful media strategies and come up with focused campaigns.
  • You’ll optimise the Employer Branding, Candidate Experience and Candidate Journey.
  • You’ll create banners, ads for socials, use email for marketing, design content and organise live events. Creating and designing content and ads is your favourite!

What else you should bring to the table:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Recruitment Marketeer or Marketeer, preferably in a fast-growing company and/or international environment.
  • Experience in search engine marketing (SEM), social media, social advertising, web analytics, conversion rate optimisation and data analysis.
  • Communication skills: You communicate effectively and you’re great at building internal and external partnerships.
  • Ownership: Your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking help you generate new ideas and recruitment strategies.
  • Flexibility: In line with our ambitious growth strategy, we’ve created a whole new team in which you need to be able to quickly adapt to shifts in priorities as well as the continuously changing organisation.
  • Analytical skills: You’re skilled at making analyses that improve the quality of our recruitment process.
