What You'll Do: 🎯

As a Product Support Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to become the ultimate GoodHabitz Guru. Your daily tasks include:

  • Handle incoming queries about our learning platform via phone, email, and chat;
  • Offering support to potential learners, our awesome customers, and even our colleagues;
  • Crafting and publishing informative articles for our Help Center;
  • Writing and maintaining our customer manuals;
  • Keeping tabs on new course releases;
  • Working on projects to help improve our Product Support.

The perfect match:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language is a big plus;
  • Successfully completed a relevant (MBO 4) or bachelor's degree;
  • Enthusiastic about technology, software and making a real impact;
  • Excellent communication skills to smoothen any rough edges;
  • Possesses a pleasant and reassuring telephone manner;
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
  • Quick learning abilities, always up for a challenge;
