What are you going to do?
We believe in authentic connections with a personal touch. When you reach out to us, you won't be navigating through a maze of extensions and voicemail – it's always one of our colleagues at your service. We're looking for a spirited personality who's up for the adventure of conquering the world alongside us while taking the GoodHabitz support experience to new heights.
As a Product Support Specialist, we'll train you to be "the go-to guru" for all things GoodHabitz. You'll handle incoming queries about our learning platform via phone, email, and chat – offering support to potential learners, our awesome customers, and even our colleagues. Your daily tasks include:
- Crafting and publishing informative articles for our Help Center
- Keeping a watchful eye on the release of new courses
- Becoming the knowledge beacon for both our customers and colleagues
- Leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions
- Conducting implementation interviews with our newest customers (virtually, of course)
- Writing and maintaining our customer manuals
- Being the final link in the chain, ensuring our online training courses are top-notch
You're the perfect fit for this role because you've got:
- Fluency in Dutch and English. French would be a big plus!
- Affinity with Tech, AI
- A genuine desire to make a real difference
