As Office Manager, you are an important part of our brand new office at the Bunkertoren and all that comes with it: welcoming and facilitating colleagues and visitors every day.
GoodHabitz is moving to a brand new office with a casual community feel, where colleagues come to collaborate, and where we hope to inspire our clients. As the size of the building and office facilities are going to be next level, we are looking for an Office Manager to join the Facilities Team. A lot of things need to be set up and you will have a big contribution to make!
Getting things done
✔Warmly welcome our colleagues, clients, job candidates and suppliers in person each day.
✔Order all kinds of office supplies.
✔Act proactively to ensure a clean office, canteen and restocked pantry, together with the cleaning company.
✔Organise internal events (such as company meetings, Emergency Response etc).
✔Answer questions via the reception- & facility mailbox or by phone.
✔Control the meeting room agendas.
✔Handle incoming and outgoing mail/parcels.
✔Take care of internal employee gifts.
✔Take over duties of the Facilities Manager in case of absence, for example. Manage the relationships with external providers for maintenance, installations, cleaning and security activities.
Note: Working hours will be between 08:00 and 18:00 (most likely in shifts of 5-8 hours).

A perfect match
✔You have 1+ year work experience as an Office Manager.
✔You are hospitable, reliable, and enthusiastic in your communication.
✔You are dynamic, organised, and accurate in handling tasks.
✔And you are a team-focused and flexible colleague within the Facilities Team.
✔You have good command of the Dutch and English languages.
✔You are available between 32 till 40 hours a week.
