As our Field Marketing Manager Nordics, you will oversee all marketing activities regarding lead generation and brand promotion. Your mission is to drive new business in Sweden (and Denmark) by building and running a metrics-driven localized campaigns and be a trusted collaborator to the commercial teams.

As a Marketing Manager for the Nordic countries in the field, you will have the advantage of having two teams! You will officially be reporting to the Marketing Team in the Eindhoven HQ, but closely work with your sales peers in Sweden and Denmark. You will report to the Marketing Manager Northern Europe.

This is what you’ll be doing 🔨

  • Lead the marketing strategy and own marketing operations of the GoodHabitz SE and DK branch, with the support of our Global Marketing Team and in cooperation with the Sales leadership to achieve lead generation and brand awareness objectives
  • Be up to date with the latest HR and L&D trends in the Swedish and Danish market. You will work together with our customers to understand the needs of the market and work together with our business developers and sales team to what drives our potential customers
  • Localise global marketing campaigns to your market and strategize, execute, and lead local campaigns including account-based marketing campaigns
  • Localise and distribute SE/DK content with the help of our global content team
  • Manage PR activities together with an external agency to build up the GoodHabitz brand and increasebrand awareness
  • Build an ally with other our global marketing specialists to continuously improve performance of ourpaid and owned channels (such as social media, paid advertising and email and events)
  • Conceptualize and run local online / hybrid events and webinars with industry experts and supportour global event manager with SE/DK partner events and conferences
  • Own and manage the SE/DK marketing budget and report on performance metrics for all marketingactivities in the regions
  • Contribute to continuously improve marketing operations together with the global field marketingteam


You are perfect for this job, because... ✅

  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment, with ambitious goals & targets
  • You have 3 to 6 years experience as a marketer in SE and you will know how to scale and continuouslytweak your demand generation engine
  • You have worked for at least 2 years in B2B field (preferably SaaS)
  • You are looking to roll up your sleeves, and have a tremendous impact in increasing our market shareand brand in SE/DK
  • You are interested in and enjoy learning more about HR and L&D for businesses
  • You are results-driven and know how to contribute to business targets
  • You enjoy leading multiple projects and watching them come to fruition
  • You are a real team player, and you love working in a global and a local team at the same time
  • You are native in Swedish and fluent in English. Danish or another Nordic language is a plu
