Your role as Marketing Director
You will be responsible for directing and managing the company’s marketing activities. Your primary goal will be to drive and retain the growth of the company through effective marketing strategies, achieving KPI’s, and maximizing ROI. Reporting directly to the CRO you will be an integral part of the revenue management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying market trends and opportunities to stay competitive. Create marketing plans and allocate necessary resources and budgets.
- Lead the Marketing Team: Effectively manage, develop, and motivate a team of 45 marketing professionals. Assign tasks based on expertise, assess performance, and provide training and development as needed.
- Focus on KPIs and ROI: Monitor marketing initiatives' progress and performance based on KPIs. Analyze ROI of marketing investments and provide optimization recommendations for enhanced results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Customer Success, and Operations teams to create synergy and improve business outcomes. Contribute to the development of integrated marketing and sales strategies.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and expenditure of resources. Review marketing spend to align with established objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and results for CRO and management. Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive landscape to make strategic recommendations.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a Marketing Director with a proven track record of successes, in executive marketing roles within international subscription or SaaS companies for more then 5 years. Your experience in leading B2B marketing initiatives will be invaluable as you drive our brand forward.
