“I’m leading the ambitious Research Team in the Product Engineering department. This team consists of UX researchers and the ResearchOps Coordinator. The Research Team gathers valuable insights from users, internal product specialists, and customer relationship coaches, enabling GoodHabitz to create great, human-centered products.”
This is what you'll be doing 🔨
You will work closely with our Director of UX to establish protocols, processes and ideal ways of working. The delivery of UX Research commitments is your responsibility and to communicate actionable insights to your team and stakeholders. Besides the above, you also:
- Create an open and collaborative culture based on trust and professional respect
- Maintain an accurate and current understanding of active UX Research projects
- Build and develop a research toolkit to extend across all levels of complexity
- Mentor others how to apply a range of research methods; ranging from doing interviews to ethnographic research and co-creation workshops.
- Initiate and conduct research projects to help build foundational knowledge of the GoodHabitz users. A mix of problem validation, foundational research, and strategic research projects
- Spot and act on opportunities to improve research processes and lead the user panel towards new and better ways of working
- Share success stories to ensure that the overall impact of user research is known.

- You have managed others; gave feedback and guided them
- You’re experienced in a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- You can lead user research projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- You’re able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- You’re comfortable facing test participants, presenting and explaining insight to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentational skills in Dutch and English.
