IT Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to lead and enhance our IT service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality IT issue resolution, executing strategic IT projects, and modernizing IT infrastructure through automation. You will also drive IT security alignment with business objectives and build a high-performing IT team that delivers an outstanding service experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead IT Service Operations: Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring fast and efficient resolution of technical issues while continuously optimizing processes to enhance response times and user satisfaction. 
  • Drive IT Infrastructure Projects: Manage company-wide IT migrations, automation strategies, and infrastructure improvements, ensuring seamless transitions. 
  • Vendor Management: Establish a vendor scorecard and implement improvement plans for vendor selection and performance evaluation. 
  • Enhance IT Security: Align IT security measures with business goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. 
  • Foster a Service-Centric Culture: Build an IT service experience that prioritizes end-user satisfaction, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first approach. 
  • Recruit, Train & Develop the IT Team: Build and mentor a strong IT team by hiring, upskilling, and fostering technical excellence. 
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure IT initiatives drive business efficiency and support company objectives. 

Requirements: 

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience managing IT support teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong expertise in IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations best practices. 
  • Experience with IT infrastructure management, automation, and cloud solutions. 
  • Solid understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2). 
  • Ability to drive IT process improvements and efficiency enhancements. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
