As an HR Officer, you'll be an integral part of our HR team, which encompasses four dynamic divisions: L&D, Recruitment, HR Business Partners, and Operations. Your Role as HR Officer:

You'll thrive in a dynamic position, contributing uniquely to streamline processes across the 15 countries we’re located in. Your enthusiasm for cultivating efficient HR cycles and optimizing processes will drive your success.You won't just wear "administrative glasses," but will also view processes holistically, providing insights for global and cross-departmental efficiency while guiding team leads with their inquiries.


  • Be the go-to person for employees, helping them with ad hoc queries and concerns
  • Proactively seek improvements and efficiencies in our global HR processes
  • Translate HR policies into operational workflows
  • Champion the in- and outflow process with a focus on exceptional employee experiences
  • Respond to inquiries from the HR mailbox, addressing global topics like absence, salary, internal moves, and more
  • Manage HR-data updates ensuring system accuracy, and contributing to day-to-day HR tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date internal HR communication channels, our HRIS landscape with HiBob at its core
  • Manage HR reporting and data needs to all kinds of stakeholders

This is you

You're enthusiastic, a great communicator, and thrive in an international, flexible work environment. You bring humour, courage to voice opinions, and provide constructive feedback. Your 2–3 years of supporting HR experience matter more than your education.
