HR Business Partner at GoodHabitz

You’ll be GoodHabitz’ very first HR Business Partner. So it is definitely not a spread bed you jump in to. It is building a house on empty land. As our new HR Business Partner, you will make an essential contribution to the further development of GoodHabitz as a whole and the HR team in particular. You play a crucial role in making the organisation scalable and sustainable. You'll fit right in if you know how to balance your sense of humor and down-to-earth, pragmatic approach on the one hand, with the right seriousness in speaking with your stakeholders on the other hand.

This is what you’ll be doing 🔨

As our new Business Partner, you:

  • Advise the HR Director and - team on optimization initiatives, on the roadmap and other relevant topics.
  • Are the driving force behind several HR initiatives, related to rewarding, performance, engagement and other strategic topics.
  • Have a crucial role in making the organization scalable and sustainable.
  • Draft and review HR procedures, processes and policies and suggest possible improvements.
  • Are proactive in identifying issues and trends within the business.
  • Understand how to analyze and leverage HR data and use this data to guide decisions.
  • Initiate initiatives to improve the employee experience at Goodhabitz.

You are perfect for this job because...

  • You're a self-starter and have sufficient experience and substance to take the lead within your area of expertise.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a tactical or strategic HR role (as a HR Business Partner, for example), and at least 5 years of work experience within HR - preferably in a fast-growing, international environment.
  • You're both strategic and pragmatic; a thinker as well as a doer.
  • You have thorough knowledge of Dutch employment law and know how to get the information You don't have at your disposal already.
  • You have experience implementing and improving HR processes from a business perspective.
  • You have experience with agile working methods and can also embed this knowledge in the HR team.

And on top this...

  • You're fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • You've completed HBO or WO education.

You will report directly to the HR Director, and you’ll work together closely with our HR manager and HR Advisor. However, at GoodHabitz, we believe in the power of teamwork, so regular meetings and collaborations with the entire HR team is also part of the deal – and of the fun!
