What You'll Do: 🎯

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing SDR team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
    • Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the SDRs.
    • In collaboration with our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for attracting top-tier SDR talent.
  • Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales development strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine and optimize lead generation processes and methodologies.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the SDR team.
    • Analyze data and generate regular reports to provide insights into lead conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and other relevant metrics.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Continuously evaluate and refine SDR processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and implement improvements in lead qualification and handoff to sales.
  • Technology Utilization:
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools to optimize SDR workflows and enhance lead generation efforts.
    • Evaluate, implement, and oversee the usage of sales technology and automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Foster strong collaboration between the SDR team and other departments, particularly sales and marketing.
    • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales development, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a high-performing SDR team within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales development processes, lead generation, and strategic pipeline management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive valuable insights.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You speak and write English fluently; bonus points if you are also fluent in both spoken and written Dutch.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the latest sales technology tools.
  • Strategic thinker able to align sales development initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Ability to create and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building a high-performance sales team.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to optimize sales processes and achieve company goals.
