I don't do this alone, but together with a team of 10+ Field Marketers and the Global Marketing Team. This is what you’ll be doing 🔨

To start with, you directly report to our CMO. In your role, you’ll be creating annual field marketing plans and budgets with segmented marketing tactics. Moreover:

  • You’ll lead the global field marketing team, ensuring effective translation and execution of GoodHabitz’ marketing strategies in local markets.
  • Work closely with the regional commercial teams to execute quarterly campaigns tailored to the immediate needs of local markets.
  • Develops (go-to-market) strategies and drive collaboration across marketing, sales & customer service to successfully market GoodHabitz.
  • Work closely with the (Field) Marketing team both locally and globally to collaborate, test, and learn from each other’s programs.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading a team of intercultural professionals.
  • Align corporate goals and local priorities to agree yearly regional marketing objectives.
  • Are motivated to deliver business impact; you truly understand how to create new value.
  • A skilled communicator and collaborator who builds relationships based on trust and inspires teams to deliver their best work.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and actively seek candid feedback from relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, including ability to explain analysis to business audiences and effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • You have a strong digital backbone and excellent understanding of the digital landscape.
  • You have a good command of English, and you’re fluent in at least one other European language.
