“As a Global Event Manager, I’m responsible for all things regarding events within GoodHabitz. It all starts with envisioning what is the purpose of events within our marketing strategy. Defining what concepts, tooling, budgets and rescources we need to execute your event strategy. You define how we need to work, on what KPIs we will report and what meetings are crucial to improve working together. In your role you work closely with the rest of the global marketing team in order to come up with new concepts that boost performance and you facilitate the field marketing team to help executing your event campaigns in the best way possible.”

You are perfect for this job, because you…

  • Have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • You have a proven track record with events in a b2b environment
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have a clear vision on events and know how events can contribute to our marketing goals
  • You are able to translate your vision in an actionable strategy and take others along with you
  • You are familiar with customer journeys and you can explain how they affect events
  • You have excellent planning skills and know how make work efficient for others
  • Like to take the lead and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You’re aware of the latest trends and developments in events
  • You have excellent command of English, and you speak at least one other European language
  • Experience with a at least one other marketing channel is a plus.

    • Within GoodHabitz, you’re the go-to person when it comes to all events and everything that comes with it
    • You’ll be in charge of event budget and strategy
    • You will deliver new concepts to help us reach our marketing goals
    • You’ll make those concepts crystal clear with detailed playbooks, so local marketers can run events from start to finish
    • You’ll be working closely together with local marketers and other marketing team members to make every event a success
    • GoodHabitz is an extremely dynamic environment, so you will be thinking on your feet often
    • You manage (tight) deadlines and are very clear in your communication with internal stakeholders
