This is what you'll be doing 🔨

Enabling colleagues to create a unique learning platform! Your resolve issues from processes currently used in the business and you create new ways of making work for others easier and faster. More specific, it will look like this:

  • You’ll maintain our CRM systems (mainly Salesforce with multiple integrations)
  • You’ll implement processes, either by personal input, or by request from within the business
  • You’ll take part in projects as an IT-expert advising the process owners of all related departments
  • You’ll build on the fundamental parts of the company regarding all integrations with the CRM
  • You’ll tackle challenges that occur.

As a dedicated Functional Application Manager we expect you to have an inquisitive technical mindset, not limited to the boundaries of one software package. You’re aware what people from different departments need in a normal day to day working environment, from Sales to Finance. You like helping people forward by making their work easier. You have a keen eye on relations between processes used by departments and people. Apart from that you:

  • have experience in the world of CRM
  • have insights about programming APIs, formula’s and can handle data analysis
  • are analytical and solution oriented
  • are efficient and can set priorities in a demanding environment
  • pick up on matters quickly and are always available
  • are an auto-didact who can work highly focussed
  • can explain complex IT concepts to non-IT colleagues
  • have good communicative skills on an international level.
