Your role as a Financial Assistant
Being a Financial Assistant at GoodHabitz will bring you meaningful challenges to foster your development as a financial professional, making the most out of your top skill set. In this position you will be responsible for processing and invoicing all the orders within GoodHabitz. This is what you'll be doing
As a Finance Assistant at GoodHabitz, your primary responsibility will be the processing and invoicing of all orders. You will ensure a seamless connection between the Finance and Sales departments, ensuring that accurate and complete information is processed and reflected on the invoices. Operating within an international environment, you will serve as the specialist for the financial sales process, which brings the exciting opportunity to engage with various countries and cultures, making the role even more enjoyable and challenging.
Your role will involve optimizing the processing and invoicing procedures, fostering collaboration between the Sales and Finance departments. Additionally, you will face IT challenges as you work towards further optimizing the process. This aspect of the role adds an extra layer of excitement and complexity.
You will also have the opportunity to provide regular reporting on invoicing and backlog status, working closely with the Credit Controller and the Manager Accounting Operations to promptly address any issues and implement improvements.
Given our ambitious plans to expand our business in the coming years, establishing robust financial sales processes will be a significant challenge. However, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with the entire Finance team to achieve this objective, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Why you’re perfect for this job
- Minimum completed MBO degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Several years of experience as a Financial Assistant or within a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster connections.
- Proficiency in various financial/ERP systems (Business Central and Salesforce) and Excel.
- Ability to establish relationships between different systems and processes.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to effectively manage changes and meet deadlines.
