“As a Field Marketing Manager, I start as the link between the global marketing team and the sales team in Australia based in Sydney or Byron Bay. I work to boost our impact with online and offline campaigns for both new and existing customers. I make sure everything we do is relevant locally and at the same time I am promoting Goodhabitz as a global brand. Apart from that, I help with the realization of events, interview customers for success stories, and I create marketing materials including but not limited to presentations, brochures, add and website texts. I also will oversee the maintenance of Goodhabitz Australian website, to localize the assets of the global campaigns, take care of social media channels related to Australia and for reviewing all the marketing automation flows. I localize all the existing and new campaigns and guarantee that all the sales team in Australia are aware of the marketing strategies.”

“The focus of the marketing team is on growth and making GoodHabitz a love brand for customers, prospects and GoodHabitz employees. Apart from canvassing new customers, we create thrilling content and campaigns to surprise both customers and non-customers alike. We are in the business of creating fans and ambassadors of our brand who will stick with us, and even upgrade to other Goodhabitz services at a later stage.”

This is what you will be doing

  • Lead the marketing team for GoodHabitz Australia and then also set up new countries
  • Working closely with our sales leadership and with Marketing in region and Global on the strategy and execution of marketing programs to achieve our pipeline objectives and also with our Customer Success Managers.
  • You localise existing English content for prospects, customers or students in the Australian market.
  • You write content for webinars, host them, and brief and prepare your colleagues
  • Design and execute local marketing programs including account-based marketing, regional events and digital programs to generate pipeline
  • You create or translate copy for content purposes, website, posts of blog, email marketing, scripts, social ads and SEO/SEA
  • You build articles and landing pages for campaigns in our standard CMS.

You are perfect for this job, because…

  • You’ve a least three year’s experience in a similar role
  • Have a knack for writing and effortlessly localise global content so it matches the Australian market
  • You have knowledge of automation marketing flows;
  • You can perform analysis regarding digital marketing funnel and acquisition channels.
  • You know the fundamentals of SEA;
  • You're good doing researches, analyzing competitors and understanding the market.
  • You’re a digital native and a fast learner when it comes to using tools like Google Analytics or a CMS
  • You're the one who understands the whole Customer Journey and continuously keeps working on understanding our customers and prospects.
  • You’re results-driven and know how to contribute to business targets
  • You enjoy working in an extremely dynamic environment where thinking on your feet is a must
  • You’re a real team player and you love working in a Global and a local team at the same time
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS is a plus
