What you'll do

The Email Marketing Manager (South & Central) is a key role within the Revenue team. Your scope includes South (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, Mexico) and Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland) regions.

You will Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message, promote our products, and engage our target audience.

You'll help set up a regional strategy on how the email channel can help increase our demand generation efforts in the region, and continuously improve segmentation, personalization, and optimization to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message, promote our products, and engage our target audience.
  • Help to set up a regional strategy on how the email channel can help to increase our demand generation efforts in the South/ Central* region. Continuously improve segmentation, personalization, and optimization to achieve business objectives.
  • Help to craft engaging and relevant content for email campaigns, including course updates, newsletters, product updates, and event invitations. They ensure that email content aligns with overall demand generation objectives in the South / Central region.
  • Oversee the management and segmentation of email subscriber lists, meaning maintaining email databases, segmenting subscribers, and managing opt-in and opt-out processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the email campaign process from end to end: concept development, audience segmentation, campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Utilize A/B testing and analytics to monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that the email content is engaging, informative, and visually appealing, thereby enhancing the recipient's experience.
  • Cooperate in your CRM chapter and set up best practices for regional automation workflows and customer journeys for lead nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Advisory and testing on regional prospecting automation flow together with regional SDRs.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role, with a proven track record of creating successful email campaigns. B2B sector experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools. Preferably Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies.
  • English as a business language required. Business writing/speaking skills in Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese are a plus.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and insights from campaigns, using them to guide future strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ideally based in the Madrid, Spain area - but can also be done Remotely (in order to apply, you must already be living and working in EU).
