About the Role

Are you ready to take the lead in driving demand generation campaigns for GoodHabitz? As a Demand Generation Campaign Manager, play a vital role in shaping and implementing the campaigning strategy for our demand generation initiatives. In this role you work closely with the entire marketing and focus on identifying the optimal channels and create touchpoints to actively engage with our audiences.

What You'll Do: 🎯

  • Developing campaign strategies for our podcast, partnerships and brand campaigns that align with business goals and target audience
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end campaign management, including planning and coordinating our global marketing calendar
  • Lead our organic social strategy and manage our various accounts such as Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Lead and further implement our social selling program
  • Analyzing social and campaign performance against marketing and business performance
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns align with the lead generation and conversion processes
  • Explore new distribution channels (such as but not limited to influencer marketing, TikTok, Whatsapp), and look for innovations within existing channels, to improve our campaign strategies

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics and strategies
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital tools and Ad channels, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing, Meta, YouTube, Podcast and how to best leverage these to support our DG strategy.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
