The Challenge

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our SMB customers (1-100 employees) regarding contract-related inquiries. Working closely with the Go-To-Market Lead, your focus will be on retaining existing customers and making sure that our customers are getting the most out of our product.

Position Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our SMB (small and medium-sized business) clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding contract-related inquiries and to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our product or service offerings.

Working closely with the Go-To-Market Lead, you will engage with customers proactively to address any concerns, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed. Your focus will be on retaining existing customers by ensuring they are getting the most out of our product and services.


  • Provide an exceptional and enjoyable customer service experience, adding value at every opportunity.
  • Maintain knowledge of GoodHabitz’ products, services, and pricing strategy, sharing insights with the team.
  • Handle existing customer requests with a keen eye for upselling opportunities and renewals.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to contracts and upgrades, delivering professional service at all times.
  • Maintain open communication with the team and other departments to ensure optimal customer outcomes
  • 1-2+ years of directly relevant work experience (e.g. Customer Success and / or B2B sales)
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential. This could include customer service, sales, or account management positions where you've interacted directly with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: You'll need to be able to identify customer needs, address their concerns, and find solutions to problems to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledge of Product/Service: A good understanding of the company's product or service offerings is crucial to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they are utilizing the product to its fullest potential.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Go-To-Market Lead requires the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention strategies.
