The Challenge

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the driving force behind motivating and activating our customers' employees to fully embrace our online training courses. Your role goes beyond traditional account management – you'll be an integral part of nurturing a learning culture within our clients' organizations.

What You'll Do...

    • You'll be a primary contact for UK customers, providing them with consultative and supportive Learning and Development advice that helps them create learning impact. 
    • You'll assist them with seamless implementation, ensuring that their employees gain easy access to our digital learning solution.
    • Collaborating closely with them, you'll clarify and understand their organisations goals and create (and contribute to) success plans that work towards achieving them.
    • Occasionally you'll pay a visit to their sites to inspire their learners into action, evaluate results and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    • You'll play a pivotal role in our sales initiatives, helping us expand our reach and impact.

Are you the perfect fit for this role? Here's what we're looking for:

  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in areas such as HR consulting, people engagement, or the L&D field.
  • You're an inspiring individual with a deep passion for commerce, IT, and the transformative power of online training courses.
  • If you have experience as a trainer, teacher or coach, that's a significant plus.
  • Your empathy knows no bounds, making you a natural at building meaningful relationships with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and if you also speak Swedish at some level, that's a remarkable asset!
  • You're a self-starter who thrives under a healthy amount pressure and relishes the opportunity to present to large groups.
