What will you do

As a Customer Experience Optimization (CXO) Intern at GoodHabitz, you will be part of the marketing team and play a role in enhancing the overall customer journey and optimizing user experiences through experimenting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Research: Employ various research methods to identify opportunities for optimization across our platforms and services. This involves analyzing user feedback, conducting usability studies, and gain experience into data analytics tools to provide insights into customer behavior (e.g., website behavior).
  • Setting up experiments: create and execute A/B tests or other experiments to assess different optimization approaches. This spans across multiple channels, from our marketing website to social media, from Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns to emails. You'll be tasked with crafting alternative versions (B versions), which could involve tasks like building alternative landing pages and configuring experiments through tools such as VWO.
  • Performing analysis: Analyze experiment outcomes and user data to assess the effectiveness of optimization initiatives. Interpret findings, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve the customer experience and drive business growth.

You are an enthusiastic and talented CXO Intern to help the CXO chapter. Likewise, you are proactive, critical, digital, a fast learner, and have a strategic mind.

 

We are eager for individuals who:

  • Have a background in HBO or WO education, preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or Data Science.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess familiarity with experimental design principles, statistics, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Can work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Are available for a minimum of 3 months for at least 36 hours per week.
  • Are residents of the Netherlands and able to (flexibly) work at our Eindhoven office.
