The Challenge

Are you ready to take on the role of our Corporate Recruiter Extraordinaire? Joining our dynamic 3 FTE-strong recruitment team, you'll skillfully navigate the end-to-end Tech recruitment process and revolutionize our talent acquisition game.

This is what you'll do...

  • Dive into the world of sourcing with precision, utilizing an array of strategies from job boards to social media and professional networks. As a seasoned professional, your expertise will shine as you attract, assess, and bring in the most talented candidates out there.
  • Collaborate closely with our Tech hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend their unique hiring needs. Provide expert advice and craft innovative recruitment strategies that stand out in the competitive market. Your role extends beyond initial strategies – you'll continuously evaluate and refine them, leveraging data and analytics to pinpoint the most effective sourcing channels. Your agility in adjusting sourcing efforts accordingly will be a game-changer.
  • Take command of the interview process, ensuring that every candidate enjoys a top-notch experience. Regularly review interview guides, scoring rubrics, and assessment tools to uphold consistency, fairness, and validity in candidate evaluations.
  • Your experience in both 360-recruitment and process optimization is pivotal to our ongoing growth and success. Join us in this exciting journey as we redefine excellence in talent acquisition!

Do you have what it takes?

You've got the experience! With a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Tech, you have a proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are agile, have adaptability and the ability to manage changing priorities. And you are passionate about finding and hiring top talent.

  • Exceptional planning and organization skills, you know how to manage multiple recruitment processes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of assessment methodologies, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Strong communication skills and the power of persuasion and influence, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • You are resident in the Netherlands and are available to come to the office at least twice a week.
  • Speak English fluently, as you'll work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across our global offices.
  • You're skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and utilizing these tools to optimize workflows.
  • A Bachelor's degree, but if you've got the skills, we're all ears.
  • And, finally, you are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
