Your Role: Mastering 360 Recruitment
As our Corporate Recruiter Extraordinaire, you’ll expertly navigate our end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition game, attracting, assessing, and hiring new colleagues. Get your sourcing game on point and use every trick in the book, from job boards to social media and professional networks, to find the most talented candidates out there. You'll be partnering up with our hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, advise them and develop killer recruitment strategies. Continuously evaluating and refining these strategies, utilizing data and analytics to identify the most effective sourcing channels and adjust sourcing efforts accordingly. You manage the interview process and making sure that all candidates get a top-notch experience. You regularly review interview guides, scoring rubrics, and assessment tools to ensure consistency, fairness, and validity in candidate evaluations. Your ability to excel in both 360 recruitment and process optimization will be crucial to our continued growth and success.
You have what it takes?
You've got the experience! With a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, you have a proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are agile, have adaptability and the ability to manage changing priorities. And you are passionate about finding and hiring top talent.
- Exceptional planning and organization skills, you know how to manage multiple recruitment processes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of assessment methodologies, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Strong communication skills and the power of persuasion and influence, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- You are resident in the Netherlands and are available to come to the office at least twice a week.
- Speaks both Dutch and English, as you'll work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across our global offices.
- You're skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and utilizing these tools to optimize workflows.
- A Bachelor's degree, but if you've got the skills, we're all ears.
