You will collaborate mostly with your colleagues in the content marketing team and work from the offices in Eindhoven, Amsterdam, and partly remote. It’s all about the balance.”
This is what you’ll be doing 🔨
You work on the global content marketing strategy that eventually will be localized in our other European countries such as France, Sweden, and Spain. You will collaborate a lot with all field marketers in other countries in this role - and you write your content in English. Meaning that a good command of English is crucial and therefore required. Are you a native English speaker (or close to native)? That’s a big plus for this position. From day to day, you take care of the following, you:
- Write content in line with our content strategy and come up with new content ideas within that strategy
- Manage and optimize all content in our CMS
- Own the organic social media strategy and social calendar
- Make sure all content is in line with our corporate identity (SEO-friendly)
- Coach our local marketers to write and localize the best possible content
- Are proactive when it comes to coming up with new content and you present new concepts to surprise our target audience every week
- Touch base with our junior marketing executives in countries like Germany and Spain every day to discuss content localization and new ideas
You are perfect for this job because you ✅
- Have around 2 years of experience in content marketing, experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus
- Are an excellent writer and you love to do the research to help you become an L&D expert yourself, as that will help you to create content that contributes to our targets
- Understand customer journeys and personas, and you know what kind of content will help the team achieve the targets within that journey
- Understand how inbound content marketing can drive conversion and growth
- Have good command of English, and you’re fluent in at least one other European language. Native English or close to native is a big plus
- Are a digital native. You understand HTML and Google Analytics, or are willing to get to grips with such tools
You also have the following skills:
- Experience with standard CMS, SEO is a plus
- Know-how about PR is also a plus
