What does the job entail?
As an Application Manager, you will be part of our IT Support department and be the first point of contact for all your colleagues with IT-related questions. You handle all workstations, our complete application landscape, which consists of applications such as: Office 365, Salesforce, Monday and Business Central. This makes you an important link in the on- and offboarding process. Naturally, as a true IT guru, you will try to automate your tasks as much as possible. People will reach out to you with questions about their devices and the applications that they are using. You will make sure that everybody will be fully equipped to properly perform their job. This also requires a high level of integrity, as you will be an administrator of many sensitive systems, and you are responsible for the company-wide authorization process.
Some things you are working on:
- User and authorization management
- Device management
- Network management
- Periodic checking of access rights (according to ISO27001 standard)
- Prioritizing and implementing user requirements for critical applications
- Documenting processes and solutions
- Setting up SSO integrations
- Keeping track of and responding to technical developments
- Creating smart solutions to make processes even more efficient

You also have:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role as Application Manager, but most importantly you are eager to learn
- You are resident in the Netherlands
- Fluent in English. Because we're an international company with colleaugues all over the world.
- Amazing if you have experience with the apps, we use such as: Salesforce, Business Central, Monday, Office 365, Azure, and Google Cloud.
