Your role as an Accounts Receivable Officer
As an Accounts Receivable Officer at GoodHabitz, you'll be the backbone of our financial accounts receivable operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of orders, sales invoices and managing the payments. Your role bridges the Finance and Sales departments, guaranteeing that every detail is accurately reflected on invoices and that the communication with our clients is smoothly. Operating in an international environment, you specialize in financial sales processes and credit management, engaging with diverse cultures, adding excitement and depth to your work.
Your role will also involve optimizing the quote to cash process and help build future-proof processes for Accounts Receivable. Additionally, you will face IT challenges as you work towards further optimizing the process.
This is what you'll be doing
- Processing orders;
- Invoicing Accounts Receivable (invoices and credit notes);
- Analysing AR cards / AR open invoices;
- Managing a ticket system for inquiries;
- Collaborating with the Sales department, Internal Support, and Customer Support;
- Direct communication with customers;
- Sending payment reminders and credit management;
- Liaising with collection agencies.

Furthermore, you have:
- Experience as a Financial Assistant, Accounts Receivable Officer or within a similar role.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Minimum MBO degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster connections and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- Stress-resistant with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in various financial/ERP systems (Business Central and Salesforce) is an advantage
