Salesforce Tech Lead
Own the technical health of our Salesforce platform, stay hands-on with Apex, LWC and Flow, and mentor the team while exploring how Salesforce fits into agent workflows.
A bit about us
GoodHabitz started in 2011 with a simple idea from two teachers: learning at work shouldn't be a chore. Today, we're helping 7 million people across 10 countries grow in their careers, not just to keep up with change, but to lead through it with more confidence and real readiness for what's next. Behind that is a team of 300+ people from 35+ nationalities, spread across Europe, with the maturity of a bigger organisation but still plenty of room to experiment. We make all our content in-house, and if you ever visit our Eindhoven office, you can see our studio in action, costume room included, yes, really. If you want your work to genuinely help people grow, you'll fit right in.
What this role is about
As our Salesforce Tech Lead, you own the technical health, design and governance of our Salesforce platform, and you carry both the solution design and the delivery. You stay hands-on and close to implementation: reviewing code deeply, unblocking complex work and keeping architecture grounded in real platform constraints. You work closely with our Senior Salesforce Admin, mentor engineers and admins, and turn business requirements and company OKRs into clear technical briefs. Along the way, you explore how Salesforce can take part in agent workflows and work across other apps and tools.
Your focus areas
Own the health, design and governance of our Salesforce platform, from Apex to permission sets.
Define and enforce coding standards, AI coding practices and governor limit strategies.
Lead release management, sandbox strategy and our DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Design how Salesforce connects with marketing automation, ERP, HR and enrichment tools.
Lead design reviews and technical RFCs, and run code reviews that raise the team's level.
You'll thrive here if you
Have at least 7 years of experience, including hands-on Salesforce development, with expert-level Apex, LWC and Flow (async processing, batch jobs, triggers, complex component composition).
Know Salesforce data modelling, SOQL optimisation and large data volumes inside out, and understand integration patterns such as REST APIs, event streaming and middleware.
Bring experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling, including Git strategy, scratch orgs and deployment automation.
Explain architecture clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enjoy mentoring through code reviews, design critiques and pairing, and roll up your sleeves to make sure the team delivers.
Hold the Salesforce Platform Developer II and Administrator certifications. Application Architect, System Architect, AI Associate/Specialist or Integration Architecture Designer, and familiarity with Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud, are a strong plus.
Have a strong communication skills in English.
What's in it for you
A role with both a design and a delivery mandate, so you shape the platform and see it built.
Room to assess and champion new Salesforce features and emerging AI capabilities.
Real influence on engineering standards and on how engineers and admins around you grow.
A role that spans platform, integrations, DevOps and cross-team alignment, never just one domain.
Flexibility on location: talent matters more than geography, so if you have the right to work in the EU or the UK, we'll find a way to make it work.
