English can be weird. The thing is, we’re an international organisation, and we all work with colleagues from across the world. Our common language is English. Don’t worry - we don’t expect you to be a native speaker or writer, just that you can express yourself in English.

We’re all about personal contact and crystal-clear communication. That’s why we respond within one week. We read every application and try to give everyone personal feedback. Don't hesitate to reach out if you any questions about your application.

The recruitment process differs a little, depending on the job you’re applying for. We usually have 2 or 3 (online) interview rounds for each vacancy. You’ll see new faces at each interview. Pretty cool, as you can get to know some of your potential team members early on! If the recruitment process involves an assessment, it will say so in the job posting.
